This is the 9th Flag we have posted in F3-Kinston since launch on August 8th.  I am continually amazed at the growth and leadership we have in F3-Kinston.  It was a chilly morning and with the huge spike in COVID cases we gave disclaimer and social distance disclaimer.  We then started off on a 2 mile trek.  When we got back we partly completed the 12 days of ruckmas before we ran out of time.  

 

1 Rucks a thrusting.

2 Simple Squats.

3 Overhead Presses.

4 Man-makers.

5 Foooouuuurrrrr Count flutter kicks.

6 Russian Twistings.

7 Push-up with your heavy ruck on.

8 Walking lunges.

9 Standard sit-ups.

 

We only got through 9 days of ruckmas before we ran out of time.
