Personal note: I can’t speak for the other Pax, but I took a look at where my PT results were this time last year, and I continue to be encouraged by my progress. I’m not the strongest nor the fastest in F3, but the gains are coming. My push-ups and squats increased by 30+ reps today. Though I didn’t finish the 2-mile run, the idea that I completed a mile in 20 minutes as cold as it was ain’t bad in my book. I look forward to seeing what kind of progress I’ve made this time next year.
