It was a bit chilly but no wind, which equal perfection if you didn’t know. We started out with a quick warm-up, SSHs arm-circles etc. Then we moved over to the concrete benches by the gate for a few bench dips. From there we did about 8-10 minutes of stretching. once we were all limbered up, we Indian ran around to the playground for 7s with pull-ups and derkins. After that we moseyed around to the tailgating field for sprints and merkins. Then moseyed to the flag for 5 minutes of mary.
Good COT and we took a really pretty group picture.
