15 PAX ran around Dowdy Ficklin Stadium completing three stations of exercises. Each exercise was 10 repetitions or 10 yards depending on what was being done. Two full laps were completed around the stadium. At the completion of each lap, PAX did 10 Burpees as a bonus. Both laps totaled 1 mile of running. For time saving purposes, all exercises, excluding the run portion, were done for a third round at the shovel flag area. This also included another bonus round of 10 Burpees. Following the third and final round, PAX led a MARY. Workout went as follows….

Station 1 (North Gate): Run up and down the stairs at the Murphy Center north stairwell; Duck Walk (10 Yards); LBC (10 Reps); Merkin (10 Reps); Squat Jacks (10 Reps)

Run to Station 2

Station 2 (East Gate at West Berkley Rd): WWI (10 Reps); Erkins (10 Reps); Dips (10 Reps); Squats (10 Reps); Inch Worms (10 Yards)

Run to Station 3

Station 3 (West Gate at Pee Dee the Pirate Statue): Box Jump up the stairs and run back down at the Murphy Center west stairwell; Plank Walk (10 Yards); WWII (10 Reps); Derkins (10 Reps); Walking Lunge (10 Yards)

Run to Station 1 and complete 10 Burpees

REPEAT!
