Showed up on a nice, crisp March morning ready to roll.  I was challenged the night before by Newfie and by RedBox at the AO to bring the beatdown.  After warm-up exercises and the Pledge of Allegiance, we moseyed to the corner of the big parking lot running parallel to Charles.  Told the Pax, we were going to be BoxedIn today.  Here’s how it went down:

The Thang

First corner was Mountain Climbers & Plank Jacks X 25 plus some Plank Variations and moseyed to next corner.

Second corner was Copperhead Squats, Jump Squats, & Gorilla Humpers X 25 and moseyed to next corner

Third corner was Herkins, Werkins, & Diamond Merkins X 25 and moseyed to the last corner

Fourth corner was WW2, Flutter Kicks, & LBCs X 25.

Next we reversed back the way we came with a backwards run on the short side and a sprint on the long section with 5 Burpees in each corner.

Next we moseyed to the status where we did an AMRAP of Carolina Dry Docks/Dips X 25 with a run up and down the stairs in between.  Most Pax got three full rounds of each exercise.

Back to the flag for some Pax-choice Mary (or whatever the Pax was doing there) and we were done!
