  1. 20 merkins pushing up from the bricks on the ground.
  2. 20 curls with bricks in hand

  1. 10 ultimate burpees with bricks in hand
  2. 20 overhead triceps with bricks in hand

  1. 20 weighted dips with bricks in the lap
  2. 20 butterflies with bricks in hand

Gate 10

  1. 20 American hammers with 1 brick in hand
  2. 20 front lateral raises with bricks in hand

  1. 20 Hand release merkins, going down between the bricks and pressing up off of the bricks
  2. 20 Behind the back tricept

  1. 5 count of balls to the wall with chicken peckers brick taps included
  2. 10 count of preachers chair/overhead brick press
