Warm Up:

  • SSH in cadence X 16
  • Long hamstring stretches with a slow 10 count

The Thang:

The plan was to do an Indian Run to Elm Street Park meeting up at the bottom parking lot by The Field of Dreams.  We didn’t stick with the Indian Run for long, as we had a wide variety in our group so we had a mosey instead.

Once we gathered everyone up, we did a version of Jacob’s Ladder with Burpees and wall climbs.

Run to top of hill do 1 burpee.  Run back to the bottom, do one wall climb.  Run to top of hill, do 2 burpees, run back to the bottom and do 2 wall climbs.  We repeat this with escalating reps until we have 7 reps at the top and bottom.

Glow Worm led the group in plank for the 6.

Next, we strolled over to the ESP bleachers and did 11’s.  Sit Downs at the bottom and Merkins at the top.

By this time, we needed to head back to the flag and got there just a little past 6:15.
