The Thang: We began with the Army APFT warm-up routine in which we did 10 4-count exercises for 5 repetitions. We began building our pyramid with 10 repetitions of the 4-count front arm clap we then transitioned to the overhead arm clap, then to the right leg steam engine and then the left leg steam engine. Then we did 10 pushups OYO. Jungle Fever followed, same set-up as Circle Burp. PAX pick up jog in place and each member in the circle will call out “Left” (All PAX left-face), “Right” (All PAX right-face), or “Jump”(well you get the idea.). Our second pyramid installment took place after with 20 repetitions of the 4-count front arm clap, we then transitioned to the overhead arm clap, then to the right leg steam engine and then the left leg steam engine. We then transitioned to line jumps for one minute. We laid the third brick of the pyramid with 30 repetitions of the 4-count front arm clap, then transitioned to the overhead arm clap, then to the right leg steam engine and then the left leg steam engine. We then moseyed 100 yds West to the front of the gymnasium and performed burpees to the song “You’re a God” by Vertical Horizon. Each time the word or any conjugated form of I was said we did a burpee. (note for next time: bring a Bluetooth speaker for maximum effect of the song, and so everyone can hear the words clearly.)  We completed our pyramid with the last 40 repetitions of the 4-count front arm clap, then transitioned to the overhead arm clap, then to the right leg steam engine and then the left leg steam engine. We Moseyed to the West wall and grabbed some real estate for 120 seconds of wall sits and 90 seconds of balls to the wall. We then walked on line doing squats and front kicks for 30 paces. Moseyed back to the flag. As a final bonding exercise, we did the Circle Burp in which the PAX assembled in a circle at double arm intervals, then while jogging in place each PAX member yells “Burpee!” one after another in a circle and everyone does a burpee when called. Jungle Fever followed until 6:15:00 AM

Moleskin: Thanks to Bambino for letting me Q this workout. I enjoyed getting to put this workout together and use the ideas of the Q’s who have come before to help write it. I want to thank the PAX who came out in support of me and endured the sound of my endless cadences. I saw sweat on PAX members shirts all around, I hope everyone enjoyed as much as I did!

Salty prayed us out.
