Panther put the call out the night before for a needed Q, so YHC stepped up. When YHC arrived, Stern was set to be the Q. Rather than arm wrestling on the spot, we decided on an impromptu co-Q! Let’s go.

Stern’s Q:

Warm up: 10 SSH; 10 High Knees; 1 burpee for fun

Mosey to Murphy Center stairs for 7’s of merkins and WWI (run the stairs in between)

Mosey to the Pirate Statue for 7’s of step ups and derkins

Mosey to the Towne Bank Tower for Jack Webb in the grass

NoIDeer’s Q:

–Over to the large tennis court. 4 corners with each PAX calling a name of another after sprinting to the far corner. Each corner consisted of AMRAP of: merkens, squats, LBCs, and jump squats

–Over to the wall by the flag, and in honor of Stallion’s return from IR, we did in rapid succession: partner knee taps, chicken chasers, and BTTW.

**This was a great chance for Stern and YHC to share the lead on the spot and be creative with the workout. It also gave us a chance to model picking up the six and being flexible. Enjoyed it!
