Pledge of Allegiance

Warm up- 10 Michael Phelps, 10 Cotton Pickers, 15 Hallelujah

Mosied to the dorm at top college hill. Did 10 merkins and 10 LBCs in cadence.

Mosied to bottom of college hill and found some nice pretty grass. Stopped and did 20 merkins and 20 LBCs.

Mosied over to Science and Tech building and did 30 merkins and 30 LBCs and then ran up stairs. When we all got back down we did 5 count of peoples chair. We then did 40 Merkins and then 40 LBCs. Ran back up the stairs. Everyone was feeling it by this time. Got back down did another 5 count down the line in peoples chair position and the ran it back just as we came going down in reps.

Great workout with lots of Cardio even though I’m not a runner.

Made it back to flag just in time to do 3 sets of dips and then 3 rounds of Mary.
