YHC had the pleasure to Q his old site. Which I gave away only a few weeks ago.  Its different being a Site Q then just Qing the beatdown.  Site Qs have to, better yet need to keep all PAX in mind, lifting brothers up when needed. I reached into my old back of tricks for one for my favorite track beatdowns.

6x800m first 600m @60% last 200m @90% with 400m recovery after each set

YHC has been out of commission since Sunday.  The last 2 weeks I have bee exhausted physically. I didn’t listen to my gut to say take a few days off.  went out for a hard run on Sunday and felt awesome. Then Monday came and I started to get sick. I took this as a message from the Sky Q to just take time to myself.  I have always been one to listen to my body.  Being sore and tired isn’t normal or healthy. Sweating it out isn’t a prescription for getting better.  This leads to weakness and sickness.  It’s okay to take time off when the body doesn’t feel 100%.  Listen to your body. Your family needs you healthy and so do your brothers.  Have a blessed day.
