With another Friday coming at the end of the week, YHC was excited to have another first time Q’er lead the PAX around the Oval.  However, the original Q had to reschedule due to needing time to recover from an injury.  Instead, YHC took over as the Q.  With inspiration from Fruity Pebbles, last week, running 100m and 200m sprints YHC wanted to keep the momentum going with something similar.  0530 came about, one other PAX showed up, and so we:

There may have only been two at the Oval, but it was a perfect time to get to know each other through the beatdown.  Even though we may have been out of breath in-between sets, we were still able to gather enough air to speak (making us both stronger).  YHC hopes everyone will have a blessed day.
