I’m writing this 10 days late. I’m sorry everyone. This was the day before I left for vacation and I checked out for the week. Captain Obvious nicely messaged me the day I got back asking how the beach was and if I would kindly post the backblast when I got a chance. CO could not have been nicer about it, but I got the message! So, here it is guys.

We were locked out of the track. So, the running took place in the parking lot.
