This was YHC’s first time Q’ing the OO. Not much experience when it comes to track workouts or really running in general. YHC wanted it to be simple and to make sure we all kept moving .

The Thang:

Run 1 mile indian run warm up ( Yes, an entire mile indian run) Had some mumblechatter about the distance but it was something different

Run 1 mile 80% effort

Run 1 recovery mile

Run 1 mile 90% effort

Run 1 recovery mile

We all mosey’d back to the flag and it seemed like all got a good workout in.
