Starting at 1600 m (1 mile) at 5k or better pace, 400 m recovery

1200 m same pace or better, 400 m recovery

800 m same pace or better, 400 m recovery

400 m same pace or better, 400 m recovery

Ended with my signature, 400 meter relays.

PAX pushed very hard on the 400 m relays and made this workout well worth it. Everyone was glad to see Silverback back in the fold, it’s just not been the same without him and his annoying friend BRANDON TATE THEE HOTSPOT at the Oval. Hope to see hotspot return soon as well.
