First day Q’ing for Gopher

Started with the Warm-up

  1. side straddle hopes
  2. butt kicks
  3. high knees
  4. arm circles forward
  5. arm circles backwards
  6. alternating side lunges

Paired off and went to the ball field

Pax were given 6 exercises to do 70 reps with a partner

  1. Mericans
  2. Mountain Climbers(on the 3 count)
  3. Plank Jacks
  4. Flutter Kicks(on the 3 count)
  5. Freddy Mercurys(on the 3 count)
  6. LBC

Other Pax were asked to call out and lead an exercise with 12 reps

Exercises included: Good Mornings, side straddle hops, high knees, mericans, burpees, don qui jotays , LBC Freddie Mercurys, Rowars

Chestnut- Mom has a mass on her kidney, pray for healing and wisdom form the medical staff

Scrappy- friends Dad going into surgery not knowing if they’re strong enough to make it through

Everyone- teachers, parents, students and all involved with school this year.

Hurricane coming toward Louisiana, pray for the first responders and all the people who call that area home.

  1. Tuesday’s will be called the Swamp and Site Q is Mule
  2. Thursday Site Q is Gopher and the workout will be called “Row the Boat”
  3. Fellowship Lunch today at 12:00 at the Laughing Owl.
  4. Rucking workout tomorrow at Barnett Park, 5:30.  Chestnut will be the Q.
