The rain held off for us this morning, but the downpour Kinston received was noticeable as we took to the ball field for todays workout.  We began in the parking lot with a few warm up exercises:

Good Mornings, Side Straddle Hops, Butt Kicks, and high knees.

We took a light jog over to the outfield and partnered up.

While one person in the pair was doing the exercises, the other would run suicide drills with a burpee at the end.  Each pair had to collectively reach 100 reps of each exercise.

Take a lap around the Baseball field

After everyone finished and we picked up the six we jogged back to the circle for a couple of cool down stretches and that was that.
