It was a very different forecast this morning than it has been here in Kinston, and YHC didn’t look at the forecast ahead of time.  I had gotten in my car in a hoodie, winter hat and sweats.  Thankfully was able to get out of that and begin our workout.

We began our workout on a 3/4 mile jog to get our blood flowing.  Then came back and spread out along one speed bump in our parking lot at Bill Faye.  Good Mornings IC x12.  Don Qui Jotes ICx12.

Our main portion of the workout was 1 round of 21’s because it’s about time to say hello to the year of our lord, 2021.

At one end Merkins and the other end Row The Boats. That accumulated to 210 Push Ups and 210 Row The Boats along with however much running there is between those speed bumps.

Once the six was in we all circled up.

Start off in a squat position and each pax did one “Brandon Ingram” and we went around in a circle until we got to forty, when it wasn’t our turn we held the squat postion.

Got down into a plank position and did the same principle, but rahter than Brandon Ingrams we did the top half of a Burpee and held the plank.

Prayer Requests: Bonesaw getting out of the hospital today after a battle with COVID and Waterboy’s friend going into the hospital with Covid.

While that was wrapping up Forrest, Goggles, Burpee and Sprint began to run through the parking lot at the halfway mark of their 8.4 mile trek and invited us to join in.  Waterboy, Jockey and YHC decided to do just that!

Moleskin:

F3 means a whole lot to me and it’s an honor to be out here with these men.  There is no way back in August I would have been doing a 45 minute boot camp and then saying, hey let’s go run 4 miles.  Thankful is an understatement.  Love F3, for all three of the aspects.
