With BRR over and YHC being signed up for the GORUCK event in October YHC decided to start training, what better time than 2 1/2 weeks before an event. YHC saw where brother Aquaman needed someone to fill in for him with the Q at Ruck On so YHC gladly took it over. YHC decided what better way to get over sore legs from running BRR than doing more hills so the route was simple

Left onto 14th

Right down Rock Springs

Left onto 10th then turn around at 14 or bottom of the nipple then head back the same way.

We all got back at 5:15 getting between 3.5 and 4.2 miles and 1% better
