Men will do anything for a shiny bit of medal, ribbon or patch.  This is the continuing saga of a few men chasing a pretty awesome patch.  For some it will be their first, while others will expand their collection.  It was put out that in order to truly complete this workout EC was necessary as a the 3 mile ruck “Buy In” actually started the first workout.

Workout 1 of 4 – BANK & YARBOROUGH WORKOUT

Start – Ruck 3 miles together at a moderate pace. 2 of these were completed during EC

Workout – Partner 1 Sprint 50m, Partner 2 Static Ruck Hold Overhead; Partner 2 Sprint 50m, Partner 1 Static Ruck Hold Overhead;Partner 1 Sprint 100m, Partner 2 Static Ruck Hold Overhead; Partner 2 Sprint 100m, Partner 1 Static Ruck Hold Overhead X3.

Workout 2 of 4 – MACV – SOG WORKOUT

Workout – with your partner for the first workout (as a team)- 100 no push-up burpees (ruck on) – THEN  2 ROUNDS of:   24 ruck swings – 64 push-ups (ruck off) – 24 ruck squats – 64 sit-ups (ruck off)
