Simple Plan today – Pick up heavy stuff and not put it down for an hour.  One litter and six coupons.  First round was 3/4 of a mile in 12 minutes. Success! We got to drop two coupons.  Second a longer route thru the woods and gave 20 minutes.  We did not succeed!  Two coupons added to the mix for punishment.  Final segment back to the flag.  With 1/2 a mile top go we had a casualty added. Grout had to be carried to the finish.  A few minutes to spare.  Plank for a count to 93.  Next were squats, Bench suggested we do 89, I stopped at 83.  Tricep extensions to the end.

A lot of any hurting Pax out their prayers to all involved.  Anniversary coming up Saturday.  Everybody keep on Rucking!
