Since we were all tired of being wet the last few days, YHC promised a dryish ruck workout for today.  For those who posted for EC, we logged around 4.5 miles and stayed relatively dry other the the 150% humidity in the air and the 2 minutes of Mary in the damp grass at the end.  There may or may not have been an incident with a tarantula that set up camp in our walk toward the school….

2X2 ruck to crosswalk: 15 Ruck Curls and 15 Ruck Tricep Extensions

2X2 ruck to school parking lot for 3 laps around parking lot

Lap 1: 5 Merkins at each no parking sign, recovery ruck around the lot, circle back for the 6

Lap 2: 10 Squats at each sign, bear crawl from last sign to orange sign, recovery ruck around lot, circle back for the 6

Lap 3: 1 Burpee at each sign, Lunge from last sign to orange sign, recovery ruck around lot, circle back for the 6

2X2 ruck back to AKP, long way through woods and back to flag for Mary: 20 WWI with ruck, 20 Freddy Mercury
