Rucked to shelter to utilize the picnic tables. 2 per table on same side for sticking together purposes.

• 50 Step ups IC right, left, right, left…swap rucks after halt
• 15 Merkins IC on down…swap rucks after halt
• 5 flutter kicks IC 4 count (each man led) 50 total 4 count
• 5 monkey humpers IC 4 count (each man led) 50 total 4 count…swap rucks after halt
• 20 burpees IC on down…get your ruck back

Ruck a lap quickly back to flag for two reps of the Caterpillar merkin (ask Backhoe about it) and make sure no tacos were had for dinner the night before doing this. Also it was said all were thankful Bono didn’t sport his ranger panties for this exercise.

All learned that a rep count can play with the mind. Do not anticipate a certain number of reps, just do the work until the Q indicates the last rep has arrived. 51 reps is a good way to gut check the PAX on their expectations!

All put in work and those monkey humpers burned; especially with a ruck on!! YHC may have had more than 30#’s in the ruck…doesn’t get easier, we all get stronger and faster!! #Acceleration
