Today’s plan was to combine PT with constant motion.  We Rucked the entire hour with different patterns of mixing in shuffling much to the Pax’s dislike at times.   We completed some curls, tricep extension, borrowed a partners ruck at times all while never stopping our forward pace.  We completed 3.6 miles in 59 minutes with PT included.  Add in the two miles of EC what a way to start the day.  Great mumble chatter by the Pax.
