Thanks to Haavard for being my CoQ today.  The guys at RR adapted and rolled with the new norm.  We broke up into two groups of five and headed in opposite directions.  I had prepared a copy of wienke for Haaavard.  Candy Cane joined us a minute into our Ruck.  Both groups ended up on the back soccer field.  Each group had their own end to complete the following. 20 Ruck Swings/ 20 Squats/20 Curls/20 flutter kicks. Next we strolled across field and back only to repeat the exercises again.  We did this five times.  Next we Army crawled across and bear crawled back. Rucks over head back to the shelter and then Ruck up to front parking lot. There we had one end they had the other. Everyone got their own parking space to complete four rounds of the following. 10 four count SSH/Mountainclimbers/Merkins and V-ups.  Back to the flag and that is a wrap.  Till next time!
