rucks and sandbags were the tools of the workout today. We warmed up a bit then rucked to the soccer field for some team activities. In teams of two we did 100 WWIIs, 150 ruck swings, and 200 squats. Then we organized into three teams for some sandbag toss across the soccer field and back to the starting point. We did three rounds of that had some great competition to finish first.We also had an observer watching us and shaking her head. I think she was thinking that we are a bunch of crazy dudes. I have to agree. We then did a half mile time hack that we did not meet, but we ran out of time for an consequence for meeting the time hack.
