We walked a few miles with coupons.  To break up the distances we did some sprints without the ruck while a partner did squats with two rucks.  We also low crawled half the soccer field.  We also introduced some newbies to tunnel of love. At the basketball court we crab walked with coupons.  We did some exercises on the wall.  We did some simple plank till failure.  Rucked back to the flag.  Great to see some fresh faces.  Sometimes you just have to go old school on some exercises.  Hope those guys faces injuries heal up and get back.
