The Thang:

Ruck To soccer fields

10 count of each of the following with rucks on. Sideways ~20ft sideways bear crawl in between.

Merkins, plank jacks, Peter Parkers, mountain climbers

Ruck to BB court, Jump squats, lunges, curls 4 the gurls, tricep extensions with sideways shuffle in between.

Ruck to snack stand thing. Peoples chair 10 count and BTW 5 count

Ruck to pavilion 20 step ups each leg, 25 dips, ~50 flutter kicks.

Ruck to front lot

Parking lot ladder 5 merkins every two lines with bear crawl between.

Shuffle sideways to next tree and back.

5 burpees, backpedal to next tree 5 burpees and then jail break for the flag!
