rucked around carrying sandbags to the soccer field again for WOD

WOD #2 (2 man Teams) X 40 reps

v-ups, tricep extensions, Burpees, rows

Then 2 teams complete length of field sandbags side toss one way and sandbags front toss way back. Then we headed back to the flag. Stopped at the playground and did 40 knee ups and 40 WWII. Back to flag at 613 to do flodder kicks until 615.
