5:15 Rucks overhead. Disclaimer given.

Each PAX bear crawl around the circle while holding rucks overhead.

Ratched assigned  TL. 2×2 formation. Coupons layed out and a 1 mile timed ruck was given.  Shuffle at the woods. Time 15:37

PAX grounded coupons and moseyed to the field where a new coupon awaited – The Big Black Hose.  I brought a 50′ concrete hose to have some fun with today.

Spinal Tap was assigned TL and instructed to get hose spread out, rucks off and hung on the hose, and hold OH. Each PAX did an army low crawl through the line. Once all PAX were through the line, we rucked a half mile with hose in tow.

Padre was appointed TL for the next segment.  Shuffle to find the log and divide into 2 teams: 1. Experienced Loggers and 2. Inexperienced loggers. We shuffled into the woods to find the log anxiously awaiting. 8 seasoned GoRuck men demonstrated proper lift and carry of the log.  Each group rotated for a half mile.  We found a nice new home for the log and placed it there carefully.

March back to the flag for an AAR. Lots of valuable tips and strategies shared among PAX members.
