YHC pulled out another one of his favorite routes/work outs for run strong this morning. The old Campus Tour was in the cards for the PAX.
Here is how it went down:
Right on Elm, left on 5th. Left at the fountain in front of Wright Auditorium (bag for the 6). Next- the PAX did two laps around main campus (down Faculty Way, left on Dowell, back on Alumni Circle, and up and down the stairs at Wright Auditorium). Next- Mosey to the Science and Technology Building for some stair climbing. The PAX was divided up into two groups. One group took one Flight of stairs, while the other took the opposite flight of stairs. A little rinse and repeat for all PAX at the flight of stairs not completed the first time. Mosey back to the flag.
