1. Indian run from the Shovel Flag to ECU College of Engineering. PAX split into 2 man teams and switched off between running 3 floors of stairs and completing a combined total of 100 Lunges, 200 Squats, and 300 Butt Kickers.
  2. Indian run from ECU College of Engineering to the ECU Student Center parking deck. PAX split back into 2 man teams. Partner 1 completed Side Straddle Hops while their partner assumed Skip Jumps the distance of the ramp connecting each level. The exercises were completed in leap frog/alternating fashion until they reached the top deck. Upon completion, teams returned to the bottom by way of a jail break.
  3. PAX returned to the Shovel Flag at their own pace picking up the six as needed.
  4. Total Distance: A shade over 3 miles.
