The Thang:

Option of two routes to the parking deck. One for Elm to first, and the second Elm to 4th street.

Once at the parking deck the PAX was split into two groups. One group took the stairs to the top, 7 burpees , then the ramps back down. Group 2 took the ramps up, 7 burpees, then the stairs back down. Next round was the route you did not take the first time. This was repeated and we decreased the burpees by one each round.

PAX regrouped , then took the same route you took originally back to Elm Street. Arrived back at 6:15.
