Chilly morning but think we would take this over what we know is coming, the hot and humid mornings we are all waiting for but hard to run in. Picked an easy route that would give PAX some
options of shortening the route a little and still join back with everyone to finish together. It actually worked out this time and most PAX buddied with someone and took the route that suited their run.

Warm-up – None required

The Thang – The Route:
Left on Elm, right on Greenville, right on Charles, right on 1st, then right on Elm.
Some took 10th, 5th or 3rd streets to get back to Elm.

Stern mentioned Dave Nichol (former ECU football coach). Found out had liver cancer, spread to stomach and died within 30 days of 1st diagnosis
G-string’s grandparents. in a short period of time lost one grandfather, another grandfather had a stroke and grandmother Broke her pelvis
Thee Hot Spot’s aunt Jeanine Campbell. In Hospice, family told 48 to live.
