Warm Up

With it being 26 degrees and windy, a warmup was key. We did a variety of stabilizing hip openers on one leg and then took off.

The Thang

YHC informed the PAX to get into groups of 3 or 4 to compete with when the time comes.

Run down to Elm, left on 10th to the Main Campus Student Center parking deck. Run up and down and then pick up the six.

Mosey to the Meat Locker, the loading dock by the deck. FYI for future Qs. This place is a little oasis. In the summer it is air conditioned and in the winter it was heated.

YHC split the dock into thirds. Get into your groups for a little competitive racing.
