As the transition continues for Runstrong, it was good to see Past Due come out and get a good walk in on his injured ankle. Decisions like that are what keep people recovering and connected, good job, just don’t push too hard.
Simple square today. Ran down 10th to Evans, turn right to 1st, Right again until the road dead ends on 5th, and back to Elm to the flag. Good work by everyone on a beautiful winter morning.
Short and sweet today… and PS I think The Hare deserves to be a PAX name to track her hard earned miles :)
