Me and my Q partner (Slurpee) got to the AO a little early today. While on the way I was still trying to decide which route I wanted to take the PAX on, had two in mind. It hit me as I was planting the shovel flag, we needed to check another, unnamed, AO :) to ensure there were no shovel flags left blowing in the wind. With that said, our route was planned and I was ready to lead. Disclaimer was given and we headed to Bill Faye Park.
THE ROUTE:
We went up Greenbriar and were supposed to turn on Parrot, the lead pack instead made their way to Medowview. We took a right and got to Carey road where we crossed over and four lane Carey to get on Phillips Rd. This took us to Bill Faye, which is where we turned around and followed the same path back.
COT:
We prayed for Truth Hurts friend, Waterboy’s family as they are starting to recover, all those traveling, and to continue to become better men. Announcements: we are having a convergence tomorrow at Row the Boat for our first 2.0 workout led by Shank and his crew. Then we took a pic at the shovel flag.
