11 Hims set out from Splashing Woodies for a fun Fartlek run.  Fartlek is Swedish for “speed play”.  We headed to Bill Fay park which is 1.7 miles from our Wednesday AO.  On the way there we slow jogged approximately 1 min, followed by 1 minute of a quick tempo run segments.  Then slowed it back to a jog.  Alternating until we made it out 18 minutes.  We then turned and made our way back to splashing woodies at a nice recovery pace.  We then ended with some side straddle hop, plank-a-rama( thanks to goggles), and finished up with some WWI sit-ups, and some WWI sit ups, and some WWI sit ups, and some WWI setups, and you see the pattern.  (thank you short stop).

We then ended in COT and prayed for several work situations that are affected by the pandemic, the Allison family during their time of loss, the wife of one of our F3 brothers and hoping she gets a good report, and a praise that the father of one of our f3 brothers so far has gotten a good report from a biopsy.
