16 Studs gathered in the Gloom, expecting torrential rain and self-induced pain. 8 of us rode the Wheel of Misfortune IronPax2020 Week2 challenge, and 8 ran about a 5K.

Burpee co-Q’d the runners: Burpee, Slurpee(2.0), Suds, Oxy, Landlord, Mulligan, Waterboy, and SOL

Goggles co-Q’d the IronPaxer’s – Forrest, Chestnut, Short Stop, Stabler, Spaulding, Mayhem, Gopher, Goggles

Ironpax challenge included as many reps as possible OYO of the following:

10 Thrusters with CMU at every visit to the Flag -Rifle carry CMU to and from each station (wheel spokes 75 ft from shovelflag: exercise at each wheelspoke station to be completed using 35 pound CMU)

Start: 400 Meter Run – visit the flag

Wheelspoke A – 25 Derkins – visit the flag

Wheelspoke B – 25 Blockees – visit the flag

Wheelspoke C – 25 Weighted Squats – visit the flag

Wheelspoke D – 25 Kettlebell Swings – visit the flag

Wheelspoke E – 25 Vertical Presses (on your 6, CMU is held vertically) – visit the flag

Wheelspoke F – 25 Alpos – visit the flag

Wash, rinse, repeat, beginning with 400 meter run (total 400 meter run, 300 yards of CMU Rifle Carry, and 220 reps per completed round)

Runners and IronPaxer’s converged for COT. Prayed for local man recovering from double lung transplant at Duke Med, school children, teachers, parents, college students returning home early and their parents, PAXs who are fartsacking or MIA for other reasons, and that each of us would become better, stronger, wiser at being the strong leading men this broken world needs us to be and God created & calls us to be.
