Warm ups: Side straddle hops, arm circles, squats, merkins

Round of Dora with your partner side by side: 100 merkins, 200 LBCs, and 300 squats while you learned something new about the brother next to you.

The 4 Core Corners begin:
4 sets of various core exercises lead by the Q and then different PAX of at least 20 counts. Along the sides of building we did a slow pace run and along the ends of the building we did apple turnover every 2 parking spaces alternating bear crawl and crab walks.

In the middle of the 4 core corners we did a 2 minute wall sit and each shared something new we learned from the brother next to us followed by partner derkins.

COT: prayer requests for C-Bass,Bullfrog,Spinal tap, Smores friend, Ukraine and all other injured PAX.
