partner balls to the walls 45% other partner 20 squats – switch- mosey to boardwalk 10 cliffhangers

rinse and repeat at 75% & 90%

with same partner 20 wheezie Jeffersons mosey to ledge 10 pistol squats

rinse and repeat adding 5 to WJ and decreasing 5 to pistol squats then to 3 for 3 rounds

mosey to wall – 10 box jumps 20 dips rinse and repeat for 3 rounds

mosey to post office – lunge walk three lines in parking lot stopping at for 5 merkins lunge walk 3 more stopping for 3 burpees. Continued until we finished to entire parking lot

mosey to wall for wall squats. each pax held until everyone told ALL they had for super the night before.

mosey 3 blocks to stairwell – partner up- one PAX ran the stairs did 5 squats  while other did LBCs until they got back. RInse repeated for 3 rounds
