Deck of Death with a little modification

Ace = 25 curls per arm (no matter suit)

2 = 2 sprints (no matter suit)

3 = 3 Burpees (no matter suit)

4 = 4 Burpees (no matter suit)

Hearts = Squat to push press

Diamonds = Lunges (per leg)

Clubs = Tricep extensions

Spades = Rowes (per arm)

Jokers = 100 lbcs

With the modifications we made it through the whole Deck.  I was impressed, especially for a 45 minute kettlebell workout.
