YHC had his VQ this morning. Had 15 PAX come out in support and for some kettlebell beatdown. Everything started off well. Called for circle up at 0514.

This is when I realized that having the Q was different than just participating. I stepped out for a couple minutes and Flo took the helm. I believe a few rounds of Kettlebell Squats. When I came back we continued with the following.
