Kettlebell Circuit No. 1 (3 sets)

  • 15 Curls each side
  • 15 Overhead Tricep Extensions each side
  • 15 Goblet Squats
  • 25 Suitcase Lifts each side
  • 25 Figure 8’s
  • 20 Hallelujahs between each set for kettlebell break

Kettlebell Circuit No. 2 (2 sets)

  • Partnered up for 25 back-to-back kettlebell handoffs
  • 15 Two-handed Swings
  • 10 Halos
  • 25 Overhead Presses
  • 20 Hallelujahs between each set for kettlebell break

Kettlebell Circuit No. 3 (2 sets)

  • 25 WWIIs
  • 15 Laydown Overhead Extensions
  • 20 American Hammers
  • 25 Flutterkicks with KB elevated
