1. KB merkin x 5 reps

2. KB row x 5 reps

3. KB swing x 5 reps

4. KB squat x 5 reps

Switch arms after each round, repeat x 10 minutes

Short Mosey to break things up

Pair up for modified Greta 1-2-3

One partner does reps while other carries KB halfway for partner to bring back

1. 100 KB hammers

2. 150 KB squats

3. 200 KB swings

Circle up for stretches – went around circle and each PAX called out a stetch
