11 PAX showed up for a little Q tag on a beautiful morning.

 

Warmup- Woody started with:

Good mornings, hillbillys, SSH, Halos with KB, 3 Turkish Getups each side.

The Thang:

Enron moseyed us to the waterfront. Alternated Lungewalk with KB passthrough and walking overhead KB press to each lightpole until reached Peoples Pier. Then 10 Burpees OYO.

Deuce introduced us to single arm incline Merkin with other arm T press with KB (or he called it something like that)-10 each arm. 20 LBCs with KB on chest followed by 20 KB from overhead to shins on your 6 with legs at 90 degrees.

Largemouth took the handoff and had us pair up. Will one PAX held Derkin position, other PAX jumped up grabbing Gazebo struts and did pullup alternating with Burpee for set of 5. PAX switched. Quick loop around rose garden, then rinse and repeat. Next with ankles interlocked, PAX did WWII sit ups pasing KB back and forth from overhead position x 20.

Ramses led us in alternating Dips and KB curls. Started at 20 then 15..10..5 . Moseyed to Maola wall. In peoples chair position Ramses led us in straight arm KB lift and holds on his count for a 10 round.

Wolverine moseyed us back to AO. 20 KB American Hammers, 20 overhead tricep extensions, 10 suitcase pulls each arm.
