Mosey down the waterfront till we got the wall at the end.

Pax performed 15s squats on one side merkins on the other. When heading toward main pax were instructed to bear crawl, when moving back toward the water lung walk. Once complete pax moseyed down main to the corner of second and Bonner. Here we performed 4 corners.

  1. First corner 15 Derkins using the wall
  2. second corner 30 squats
  3. 3rd corner 45 LBCs
  4. 4th corner 60 irkins

once finished we moseyed back to the flag for COT.
