The Thang:

Jack Webbs with kettlebell 2:1 up to five rotations. Move to American Hammers with KB.

Mosey around loop- follow Wolverine:

Chest presses, V lift, 60 second Superman.

Mosey and then:

15 curls each arm OYO, 15 suitcases each arm, 10 Halos each direction. 25 KB swings in unison, 20 American Hammers in unison.

Mosey and then: 15 KB squat presses, 15 behind the head V presses, 15 dead lift squats, high plank moving KB L to R, R to L. for 40 sec. Mosey with KB , then:Side low plank lifting KB 5 times, 10 clean and jerk each arm, 6 WWIIs with KB.

Cool down:

Wide squat plie arms pushing inner thighs 20 sec.

Bend and exhale

High plank with achilles stretch
