Began with Pledge of Allegiance. SSH’s was the warm-up. Followed YHC to the end of the parking lot in front of the Stadium nearest Berkley. Instructions to complete Blackbeard’s Revenge. Each man poised on each parking space’s number and faced West to begin. In this parking lot we did 5 burpees then moved to the next set of numbers….ending up with 20 burpees in this lot.
