Always a joyous time to Q at The Clydesdales.  So many things to do, so little time.  Alas, we made do with the time together we had.

The Thang

  • Warmups: SSH, Good mornings, Good Evenings Collard Pickers
  • To Minges Meadow- bear crawl to trees, with an exercise added to each stop: Merkins, Squats, Peter Parkers, Burpees- sprint back to the beginning
  • To the stairs for a circle of choice- each pax selected a workout for the remaining pax, then ran up and down the stairs while pax did the exercise
  • To the Pirate Statue- DORA-  50 Urkins, 50 Durkins, 100 Squats, 150 LBCs
  • Hill by the tennis courts for series of 5s- squats and burpees- bear crawl up the hill
  • Mosey to the tunnel: BTTW chicken peckers and alternating people’s chair for 2 sets.
